I arrived very late in the evening but the porter made no mention of this, waved away my apologies and was very welcoming and efficient. The room was as large as my own apartment and was excellent value for money. This was a very positive experience.

Everything was great. Only issue was the cold running water is not great coming out of the taps but apart from that all brilliant and we’d recommend UCL for sure. More signage about where to find toilets, showers and kitchens would be helpful!

Room was exactly as expected: Clean, Functional and Comfortable (although another pillow or a more substantial one would have benn great). Ideal for anyone who needs somewhere cheap and cheerful in the centre of London.

The room was fine. Very quiet and nice to be back in college again. A shame that breakfast was not available in Hall (and came in a bag in the room), but I can understand the reasons.
